Question for Valerie (Shayliegh's mom)

I was just wondering how old your dd was when she got her trike? DH really wants us to get the Junior. I am fine with the pedals going around but don't know if she'll be able to steer the trike and am not sure about getting a pushbar if she can't. I'm kind of leaning toward the Jr. because I just want a trike and figure I'd just put her in a stroller if I want to give her a ride, KWIM?

She got it for Christmas (when she was 18 months old)
I would HIGHLY reccomend getting the pushbar!
We dont push her with it, but is sure comes in handy when she takes off and we need to grab her (which is all the time lately...as the terrible twos have gotten worse since she is now 3!) I dont think I would take her for trike rides anymore if it werent for that handle. It makes it doable with her running away and me trying to catch her while pushind DS in his stroller!
They are great though!
