I need high chair help!!!

After reading BBbook and reading everyone's posts on this message board as well as reviews on amazon I'm even more confused. The FP Healthy Care Delux that I've seen at Target still has the ruffle, so does the baby trend highchair. I've heard the leatherette Peg Pergo is easy to clean, but I have a very small girl and the Pergo is so big for her. Is there really a highchair out there without the ruffle that will fit my little girl?

I recently ordered this FP Deluxe Healthy Care High Chair, no ruffles. I think I read from another posting that it was the version that Target use to sell.
