How jumpy is your jumper?

We have an Osh Kosh jumper. I like it because it's just a jumper (no electronic gizmos) but it seems like it's just not bouncy enough. If I bounce it by hand, DD gets this "Wooo, coool" look, but she can't make it move enough. Is that just because she's a 16lb 10 oz 6 month old, or are there jumpers she could get a nice bouncy jump out of without help?

We have one stationary jumper that my son really had to work at until the last month or so and then my parents bought the Fisher-Price Deluxe Jumperoo, which takes barely anything for him to move all around (and you can turn the noise off!).
