Storybook cottage

I wanted to find out if anyone has this or has seen it in real life. What do you think? I think it looks great for boy or girl. I am also interested in the sand and water table that matches it. Do you have any thoughts on this? Also, is there a store I can pick it up at? The shipping is $115, a bit steep.

We saw one at Toys R Us this summer. They had it set up, and my husband loved it. Since Colwyn isn't even one yet, we decided not to get a play house, but we'll probably buy it next year (unless they come out with something better!). It was really durable looking, and the colors weren't too garrish like other play houses.
