Best Kettler trike for 17month old and where to buy?

I was looking at a magazine with some pictures of trikes today and became totally overwhelmed.

My DD is 17 months old (today in fact) and I would like to get her a trike. Preferably one that has a bar that I push when we go on walks around our neighborhood. Also is there any particular website that people would recommend?
