Mobile for bassinet

When DS was in his bassinet, we attached his mobile to the nearby closet door when we were in a one BR. The new baby will be in our room, but no where nearby to attach the bassinet. Do I have to wait until she's in her crib to attach the mobile? Suggestions?

We had the same problem. We ended up buying the mobile that attaches to a wall (doesn't move) but has a mirror above it. I can't find a pic of it, but they sell it specifically to be used as a mobile/mirror to hang above the changing table.
