I'm so depressed! Our Kettler is damaged

I went to put it together this morning and noticed that the handle bar thing on the bottom wheels (to dump the bucket) has a deep scratch along it. I'm emailing Debbie to see what we can do about it, but I'm royally bummed because it looks like we probably won't have the trike for her birthday party. (October 10th)

I'm a little hormonal right now (getting AF back for the first time since Aine was born) and I want to go "waah."

Call Kettler directly and they'll send you another one! They have great CS.

I think you should still give it to her for her birthday. :)

not to imply that Debbi needs me to say she is correct :)...but just wanted to second I should say that Kettler will surpass your expectation in how they will get this part out to you and quickly. Contacting Debbie (though it would seem like the thing to do) is not, it is Kettlers policy to deal with these issues.

BUT BEFORE YOU CALL...there is a number on the bottom of the trike (where??? I forgot but I remeber they told me to turn it upside down and somewhere there is a number). Have that number on you and remember the name of the store "Oopsie Daisy in Raleigh" since they use that info for tracking and I assume verifying!!!!

I know it is a bummer...I forgot what part it was but I to had something that was not right and it was taken care of instantly.

Update us if you don't mind!!!!
But grab that number first and know the stores name for they do require that and will make you call back if you don't have it.
Also they don't make you send back the damaged part or anything...really I promise mine was an easy thing...

Just wanted to let you know that our Kettler had a damaged part and Debbie recommended calling Kettler. I called on Tuesday and the part arrived on Friday. Don't worry, you will have the part in time for DD birthday!
