Is $135 a good price for a Kettler Navigator?

I don't think it includes a seatbelt, which I will need. Is this a good deal though? I NEED a Kettler for DD's 1st birthday in November. :) I am pretty sure I want a Navigator, so TIA!

using http://www.froogle.com to search for Kettler Navigator turns up some cheaper ones, but you have to click into the websites to see how much the shipping will be.
