What's up with FAO Schwartz?

I thought they went out of business. I bought some stuff from them onlin a while back that was supposed to be 40% off,...turned out it was already marked 40% off and when I called CS there was nothing they could do about it since they were going out of business, yada yada yada. I figured that's what I get for buying from someone going out of business, but now I've been getting catalogs from FAO and it looks like they're coming back. Anyone know the scoop?

The company that owned FAO Schwartz, Right Start, and Zany Brainy filed for bankruptcy; they then found buyers for FAO Schwartz and Right Start.
