Anyone use them before?
I placed an order over a week ago...2 weeks now. Credit card is charged, nothing has been shipped, no responses to my email requests, and their voice mail box is full. I plan to contest the charges..but am really disappointed. The books were supposed to be a gift for someone. Argh.
