Hi all :) I am contemplating getting DS this play kitchen for Christmas. I know it isn't the most gender-neutral, but I'm okay with that. I think he'll love playing with it . . .we live in a condo, so I LOVE that it folds flat for storage. I was wondering if any of you have experience with this kitchen?

Here it is at amazon:

Looks like fun but a little big. We have this one and DS loves it! It's the perfect size for him. He's 13 months now. We got it when he was about 10 months and he plays with it daily. I plan on getting him a large kitchen like the one you posted when he's a little older (and taller!)

I just found this one at Target.com and it's so cute! The reviews say it is small so that might be a plus. I'm tempted to get it for DS.

My DD loves her Fund Folding Kitchen! On her birthday, we set it up so that she would see it when she woke up from her nap and she squealed and clapped her hands when she saw it - then she ran over, grabbed one of the wine glasses and pretended to drink out of it. :)

Hi,

It is very cute and looks like a lot of fun. It is a shame they decided to target the females, should have been more gender neutral! Boys like to cook too! :)

My friend picked one up at a yard sale and then consigned it a month later. It is not the sturdiest thing and her daughter kept tearing the thing down.

Yeah- the more I think about it, the more I think I'll get it. My firend is getting her daughter one for her birthday, so I will get to see it in person before buying it :)
