ISO: Fisher Price toy that sings "talk to the animals-growl"

My friend gave T a hand me down toy that appears to be a zoo "Car" that is missing some parts, when he hits certan parts it sings "if I could talk to the animals" (no lyrics but I recognize the song)...

Is this a little people set (I know nothng about little people) and can I still get it...he seems to really enjoy the song and since it is about animals I am willing to track it down for him...

They carry this at Target too. :)

Walmart had it on clearance for $5. BJs has it as part of a larger set. The zoo train is the bonus BJs is offering that makes it a good deal.
