Look at this rather inexpensive playhouse that is train shaped! Of course it is just for indoor play, but how cute. My son has several pop up items from Playhut, and the quality is nice but folding them up is SUCH a hassle. But if you want a train permanently up in your house this is the one :) The site also has several other designs too.
