Age range for suction cup toys(Rocking Horse by Sassy)?

I was wondering if my 9mo old daughter would be too old for this toy that suction cups to the tabletop or highchair tray? I was debating whether or not to buy it for my dd for christmas and put one in the cart. I forgot to take it out and dh ended up buying it. Do you think she will (or already has) outgrown this toy. I thought it might be nice to put on the table at restaurants to give her something to play with that she can't throw on the floor. Then again it is pretty simple and may bore her. What do you think, should I return it? Has anyone had these types of toys? When did your dc outgrow them?

Lisa, As cute as it is, DS started pulling his off the tray around 6 months. Sorry :(

Thank you both so much for letting me know. Even though it isn't very expensive I hate to waste money. Now the trick is to get in and out of the store to return it without buying anything else.
