Would this be a good gift? My cousin just turned 3 and I'm looking for a Christmas gift under $25 for him. If not, I'm thinking about some M&D wooden puzzles or a wooden block set. What do you think? You'd think it would be a no brainer for me since I worked at a daycare with 3 & 4 year olds for 4 years!

Having a ds who just turned 4, I think all of those are good ideas.

My 5-year old nephews went crazy for Anna's Doodle Pro, as did her 8 year old cousin who LOVES to play school. I think it would be perfect for a 3 year old.

DS will be 3 in Feb. He just got a DoodlePro and loves it. (We also have fun with it). Had a party here yesterday, and a two year old loved it. I also caught a 9year old playing with it. Magnadoodle is comparable too. I do like the M&D wooden toys, and DS has a few, but I must say that they don't hold his interest nearly as long, and they also inevitably become a disorganized mess.
