My DH REALLY wants to order the Stanley the Snail for DS for Christmas (we have to hurry to get it here in time. Probably have to order today and have it rushed). Anyway, if you have it or have seen the Stanley the Snail, do you like it?

Its it too small??

DS is 13mos. and 50% height, 35% weight (22 lbs).

THANKS!!

I just saw this snail at Costco ($50, I think), but didn't buy it. It seemed like my ds (11 months, 23 pounds) would barely fit on it now. I don't know how long before he would grow out of it. It's really cute, but if it were me I'd buy something bigger like a rocking horse or spring rocking horse. Your ds is smaller than my kid, so he may get more use out of Stanley. Good luck.

My Costco had the Mama and Papa Caterpiller rocker for $59. It's probably cheaper where you are though since I live in Hawaii and big items cost more due to shipping. I would encourage you to buy a rocker. My 15 month old loves to rock! We have a plush horse but I'm seriously considering the caterpiller. It's so cute!

We have the snail. It is very beautiful and quite plush. My dd is 13 months, 28 inches and 19 pounds and it fits fine. She is a little on the small size but there is room to grow. My 3 1/2 year old (38 inches, 28 pounds) fits on it as well. However, both my kids enjoy rocking on the unpadded plain fisher price horse better. Go figure.
