Just wanted to give a thumbs-up for the customer service people at Evenflo. I got a Megasaucer at BRU which came with a defective piece. I e-mailed Evenflo to request a replacement part for my Megasaucer. I received it in the mail at no charge just a few days later, right in time for Christmas. I'm so happy! It's a great toy. :)
