Is Healthy Care Deluxe High Chair being discontinued?

Does anyone know if Fisher Price is discontinuing this chair? The reason I ask is I'm shopping for a high chair and many places do not have these in stock and are not getting more. Some have the non-deluxe version. Baby Depot and Toys R Us are out & not getting anymore. Baby Depot had the Healthy Start but not the Healthy Care. Amazon.com only has the linkadoos version. My Target and Shopko no longer have this chair. Wal-Mart.com, KB Toys and Etoys have the deluxe in stock, but wondered if I should hold off in case FP is coming out with a new and improved version? Anyone know?

Also, has anyone ordered anything from KB Toys or Etoys online?
