Craft stores like Michael's, AC Moore, and Hobby Lobby always have it. You can usually get a couple of different size sets. Some have 8 or so colors in very small pots (quite sufficient for a couple of b'day parties). They are also sold in larger quantities if you need more of a certain color or will be using them often. I have one of the sets of tiny pots and have used them to paint faces at at least 2 b'day parties and there's still some left.
