DD's PBK Happy Daisy wool rug is STILL shedding, which is becoming annoying now that DD is crawling. There are fibers ALL over the house, and not just in her room. Do you have any suggestions or remedies to the shedding problem, as well as how to clean it thoroughly. The rug is a very pale color so I'm afraid its going to collect much dust and get dirty quickly, even with our "no shoe" policy. Since you cannot use a regular vacuum brush, I wonder how can you really "deep" clean the rug to get rid of dust and allergens?
Most of the time, the rug is pretty much hidden by a cotton quilt, b/c of the shedding and cleaning, as well as my fear that the rug could aggravate her ezcema.
