Duplos and Megablocks?

Are these compatible? Is there a major reason why one is better than the other? My mom found a big tub of Duplos on sale and is getting them for DD for her 2nd birthday. I haven't had much experience with either kind of block.

They are two different brands and are not compatible. Since you are starting with Duplos, just stick with those.

They are not compatible. The Duplos actually are smaller than Megabloks. I think at age 2 the Duplos will be fine.
