I purchased a video monitor almost 2 years ago when Kayla was about to be born. 6 months ago the video wasn't working well, and they sent me a label to return it without charge and fixed it. I thought that was great. Now, it doesn't work at all...so I called back just to see what they'd say...and they immediately offered to send me a brand new one with a label to send the old one back. The call took 2 minutes...no questions asked. Just thought I'd share in case you were looking for a video monitor. This was a great deal at $99., and now you can even get it at Target. I use this for video, and keep the volume down all the way because it's very sensitive...you can hear her every breath. I use the sound monitor for the sound part. Sounds silly maybe, but we own the sound monitor anyway, so it's no big deal to use both.
