Our Pound-A-Peg is kaput! Just purchased over the holidays, I'm bummed it's already done in. The pegs are loose and tend to slip down even before Kael gets a chance to pound on it.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? I tried searching for a customer service number but all I could find were stores that carried their product rather than a "corporate".

Don't have any ideas on how to fix it but perhaps you could bring it back to the store you bought it from and ask for an exchange since it seems defective?

I thought about that but we bought it in the Bay Area over the holidays - a 6 hour drive!

I just called and a very nice lady told me it shouldn't do that and they are sending me out a new one today!
