Summer Video Monitor Sound - Humming in Background???

I just installed our Summer video monitor and while the picture looks great the sound is not. I hear this constant humming noise in the background. It can be really annoying when the volume is high. Has anyone had any experience with this? Is this normal or should I return it?

I got that humming noise on some channels and not others. It was really annoying at night, even with the volume down low, but once I tried a different channel, the noise went away.

It's just super sensitive. I actually turn the volume down all the way and use my regular monitor for sound.

Thanks ladies. Mine only has 2 channels and they both have this noise. I'll have to get another monitor for sound because I really love the video image.
