California Baby sunscreen with citronella?

Has anybody used the California Baby sunscreen that has citronella or some other mosquito repellant? Does it work? I'm in NC, and we are blessed both with the scorching sun and tons of mosquitos... My daughter is 10 months old right now and has very fair skin (like me). She will absolutely need to wear sunscreen every day starting about in a month. I wouldn't use deet on her, but if the citronella in this sunscreen works, it would make it easy to apply.
