I had planned on getting Conner one of those outdoor climbers w/slide (Step 2 or Little Tikes), but when I went to TRU to show him he had absolutely NO interest in them and only wanted to play with the playhouses. He loved opening and closing the doors and shutters and actually had a fit when we finally told him we had to go home. So now we plan on getting him a playhouse instead and a sandbox. Does anyone have any of these playhouses and if so, what do you like/not like about them? We probably won't actually buy one for 2 more months (just doing my research now :)).

My bf and I liked this one a lot when we saw it in person, but it would have to be centered in the middle of the yard in order to play with all 4 sides, which is pretty much impossible in my microscopic backyard.

Haven't seen this one IRL. I think it has a nice look for a boy.

Haven't seen this one IRL. Is a little too expensive for us I think.

I like that this one has an actual floor. Do any other playhouses have floors?

bumping it for you. I'd like to get one too and am thinking of getting a used one as they all seem so pricey when you pay for shipping.

I am bumping up this old thread becuase I am curious about opinions of the Neat & Tidy Cottage by Step2.

We are thinking of getting DS a house for Christmas but we may have to put it inside of our hosue for winter. The Neat & Tidy Playhouse looks a bit smaller than the other houses out there and will probably fit better into either his play area or bedroom (although I know it will looke *HUGE* almost anywhere inside the house!)

Does anyone have experience with this house? Do your kids like it? Or would you recommend a different house? We were also looking at the Magic Doorbell PLayhosue by Little Tieks.

Thanks!
