Cottage playhouse from Pottery Barn Kids

Does anyone have this? Likes/dislikes? Trying to decide on this or one of the cheaper Playhut pop-up versions. Definitely like the looks of the PBK one better and I think it would be a little sturdier, but still easy to move (am planning to put in front of a closet door that is rarely used, but still needs to be opened sometimes).
