contacting Kettler

The plastic piece that the pushbar slots into has broken on my trike. I know people have successfully got replacement parts from Kettler, do you call them, email or go to the website or what. Its about 15-16 months old now, does that mean I'll have to pay for the part?

I just called to get a replacement part. I received it within a week. It should still be under warranty, so there shouldn't be any cost to you.
