Need Graco Neat Seat Cover

Does anyone know where I can purchase a new Graco Neat Seat cover? Also, does anyone have experience with the Meseez universal high chair cover, that is my alternative choice if I cannot find the Neat Seat cover. I am also open to any other suggestions.
