Where could I find plans for building a train table? Any particular features I should look for? Advice on ideal dimensions?

My BIL built this one for DS. We really like it. DH painted the top green and stained the rest to match our living room furniture. It looks great.

there are a few people that sell plans on ebay. just search for train table plans.
