I just wanted to share my positive experience at trainsgalore.com. I procrastinated until the Thomas expansion set I wanted was out of stock at creativetrains.com. So, I searched the web and found the best price at trainsgalore.com. I put items in my shopping cart, clicked order and lost my Internet connection. I didn't think my order went through, but I called to make sure. The woman I spoke with was so nice, assured me that if I had ordered the same group of things twice, they would have caught it, took my order over the phone and it shipped out the same day. I ordered on Friday and received it UPS today (Monday) in perfect condition.
Anyway, that's a site I haven't seen mentioned a lot around here and I wanted to pass along my positive experience.
