This is belated, but I just wanted to say what a good experience I had with Mattel/Fisher Price Customer Service. I bought DD a Polly set at Big Lots that seemed to be missing the storefront. I called Mattel to check and they said yep, it should be there. To compensate, they sent me a voucher for the price of the whole toy (about $12), good on any Mattel, Fisher Price, or a couple other brand toys. With the voucher, I got DD a Fisher Price Loving Family dollhouse for only $3. Great deal, great resolution!

I had a great experience with their customer service as well. We have their Learn Through Music system:

DD damaged the advancing mechanism because she found it way more fun to interrupt the cartridges than let them advance LOL. All I had to do was send in a certain piece from the machine, and they sent a brand new one in the mail to me.

Rave review from me too! It's refreshing to see a company stand by its products these days.
