My DD is just turning 10 months and loves to pull up on everything so we've considered getting her the Leapstart Learning Table but it seems like a lot of reviews I've read are from people who started using it around 7 months or even before. If we bought it for her now at 10 mos old, do you think she'll outgrow it quickly?

I'd hate to spend the $ and have it end up collecting dust in the corner. She LOVED a friend's Jumperoo so we threw down a chunk of cash and bought one a few months ago and within a week or two she was sick of it. She'd much rather move around.

Any input into how long the Leapstart table seems to hold a baby's/toddler's attention? Thanks!

Well, I think it will depend on the child. I did get it for her around 6 months, but she's still playing with it at 17 months. Certainly not as much as she used to, but she does still do it. I don't know if she's now outgrown it or if she'll go back to it once she's learning things like colors and numbers and the alphabet. But we'll leave it out until she does something unsafe like try to climb up on it. :)

We set it up around 6 months and she's liked it ever since. In fact, our friends' 3 year old came over and still liked it. It was great for cruising. She LOVES the songs and now dances along.

As Eileen testifies to, I think Jazz still has a lot of life yet to get out of it. Soon she'll be singing along, recognizing the numbers and alphabet.

I think, if your DC is just starting to cruise, it would be great!

Abby's had it since 6 months...but at 18 1/2 months, she was playing with it for a few minutes tonight. Had it not been right before bed, I would have pulled it out from its home against the wall, and she would have played with it longer. Also, while she's had it since 6 months, she started playing with it much more about 8 months - so you're not that far behind.
