Strap for aquarium bouncer

We just pulled out our FP Aquarium Bouncer to get ready for #2 and noticed we missing part of the strap. The crotch strap with the "male" ends of the buckle are attached to the seat and we're missing the strap with the two "female" ends that threads through the seat. I called FP and they said the only way to replace the seatbelt was to buy a whole new cover ($10). Does anyone know where/how to buy or make the strap part we're missing?
