Anyone w/Peg Perego chair willing to measure the seat height?

Does anyone know the measurement of the seat height of the Peg Perego Prima Pappa on the highest setting? Thanks in advance!!

Thanks! I've been trying to figure out if this highchair would work well with my kitchen counter bar, which is 40" on the higher part. I'd like to be able to sit at the counter and feed the baby in his seat. We bought the Eddie Bauer chair (not adjustable) and the seat height is only 24" which looks a little low.
