Infant carrier stands?

Does anyone know where I can get a good deal on some infant carrier stands (you know the type you might have in the restaurants)? Our church is looking to get a couple of them for some new babies that are coming, but obviously we're looking for a good deal for safe items. It can be online or B&M stores.
