First Jigsaw puzzles - one with picture under pieces?

Kai is so into puzzles. But he is getting bored with the ones he has mastered. The next step seems to be jigsaw puzzles, but we got him one and he can't do it. If the piece fits together, even forcibly, he thinks it's right, with no regard to whether the imazge he has put together is consistent. I think he might be able to if the picture of the puzzle was below the pieces, so he could figure out where the pieces go more easily. Has anyone seen any like this?

He has mastered all of the non-jigsaw wood puzzles we have, including the United states one, so I just don't know what to get for him next?!?

I just saw something like this today at Ikea. I saw a clown one, which was quite small (only about five or so pieces) but it had the image below just like you are describing. And if I remember right there was one more image that was a bit larger in size.
