No complaints. It works well, we can hear every little sound if we want to. The vibrate feature is nice, too (actually works!), for when you're not sure if you'll be able to hear the baby (mowing the lawn) or don't want everyone to hear everything (during a party). Only issue we've had is that at one point we were picking up another monitor in the neighborhood (baby was crying, but I was holding mine!), so we switched channels and it's been fine.
