Hello all,
I admit, I'm a terrible gift-giver! I don't know why, but I just always seem to pick something that doesn't quite fit (personally, that's how I see it at least). Especially when it comes to kids.

SO, this year I need gifts for a 2.5 yr old girl who lives in GA, & an 18 mos girl who lives in NH. I'd like some unique gifts, or at least something you wouldn't find in Toys R Us. Anyone have any favorites? Classic toys? Interactive? Educational?

PLEASE HELP! :-)

Well, my dd is almost 3 & I have gone crazy with ideas for her. Things I've gotten or would like for her are:

felt story boards (from constplay.com), instrument set (youngexplorers.com), Ryan's Room tent & tunnel, PBK lion bath wrap, books, puppets, Cinderella twinkle lite doll, a real dollhouse, play silks (from Magic Cabin), a magic cabin doll, viewmaster, doodle pro, Candyland & Chutes & Ladders, memory game, butterfly garden, a scooter & Rody horse

Some of these are Toys R Us material but she'll like them too. We have some good local toy stores but I love shopping for classic & educational toys online too.

I'm sure you'll get some more good ideas.
