Looking for a way to make a board book for DS

Anybody know if one of these online photo publishing places (or a regular store for that matter) makes board books from your own photos? I want to make a board book for DS (18 months) of family photos, and am wondering if anyone here has tips on how to accomplish this. I have considered doing the lamination thing, but it seems cumbersome. TIA!
