My DD is 13 months and I'm looking to add some new toys to her bathtime experience and am curious as to what your DC like.
TIA for the ideas!

Stacking cups
megablocks (not meant as a bathtub toy, but DS likes it)
bathtub book
sponge (he "washes" his cups with it)
empty shampoo containers

Both of my DDs still like squirt bottles, cups, measuring spoons, etc better than most other bath toys. My little one, who is just a year, loves bath books.

If you're brave, get her a bunch of different spray and squirt bottles from the hardware store. Messy, but really fun!

My daughter loves her squirters. We have some from Alex and they have lots of different kinds. I think we have the Farm squirters and the Garden squirters.

1. Lots of balls - I got 100 Fisher-Price ballpit balls at TRU for $20.

2. Crayola fingerpaints on the bathtub walls.

Ditto on the non-toy bath toys. DS's favorites? A turkey baster, a plastic whisk, a cheapy egg-beater, cups... He does like the foam blocks and letters that stick to the wall, and he has some crayola soap crayons that are fun but probably too much for 13 mos. Get creative!

Kaya loves stacking cups, regular cups, straws, and one of her favorites, a spray bottle, with the top unscrewed. She also likes those little rubber animals that squirt water. I'e tried other things, but these remain her favorites. If I had seen these, I probably would have gotten them earlier because she adores ducks:

Thanks for all the great ideas! I'm sure my DD will love the turkey baster, squirt bottles and empty containers. Saves me from having to go buy something!

The "head" of the magnetic caterpillar from baby einstein (from Target)...and some plain old rubber ducks.

LOL. My son's fave is a little tonka dump truck.

Along with a tumbler, stacking cups (he loves those in and out of the tub), and a watering can.
