Does TRU sell wooden easels?

I forgot to look yesterday but was wondering if they did. Melissa & Doug maybe?

I think they only sell M&D on-line with something like $22 for shipping. Have you checked places like Learning Express or Learning Palace (teacher supply type stores)? I have also seen it at just about every small independent toy store I looked at.

Now back to TRU. I know they used to sell a really sharp looking "mission" style wood one by Little Tykes I believe, but it didn't meet my requirements (paper roll, stores flat, adjustable height). I can swear they sold a few others but none that said "buy me".

check IKEA, they used to have a nice wood one, stood on floor, for $20!

unfortunately my Ikea sold out of the easel shortly after they opened in the beginning of Nov. They won't be getting them until after Christmas.

I bought an easel back in October, looks EXACTLY like the Melissa & Doug one, but it is not on their website. It's by Imaginarium and normally sells for $50 (I found it on sale for $40 and then used coupons for TRU to bring it down to $30).

ETA: for some reason, I can't add an attachment? Anyway,I finally found a picture of the TRU brand easel (at their Canadian website!)

When we were buying an easel, they did have one or two wood versions, but I don't think they were M&D.

Thanks for the info. I found the one at TRU today. I won a 25% off coupon in the Amex promotion so I'm waiting for that to get here but at least i know they sell it.
