I just ordered a travel potty from Baby Center on Sunday and it arrived today. However, the handle was broken, so I called them up and they very happily replaced it, told me to keep the old one (for some reason, they DON'T want a potty back, lol!), and paid for shipping for my entire order (I decided to add a puzzle to the order). They even paid for express shipping, although that's not what I had in the original order. So now I'll keep the broken one (the one with the broken handle) in the car permanently and will take the other one on travels.
I just thought I'd let people know I had a good experience with Customer Service. :)
