I have read that you shouldn't have any car seat toys for rear facing babies in case of a crash (they could detach and hit the baby). ANy toys that are safe and actually entertain baby? I have a two month old, but will have baby rear facing until about 30 pounds in her britax Marathon at the recommendation of my car seat tech.
