View Full Version : Anyone seen a snowplow toy?

DS is always obsessed with any kind of truck, but right now he's especially into snowplows. We read "Katy the Snowplow" several times a day. The only snowplow toy I've seen is the big orange Bruder one (approx $35). I've also seen a snowplow attachment to the expensive wooden Fagus trucks, but those are a bit pricey for me. Has anyone seen anything else? I'd prefer it to be wooden, but am no longer choosy since nothing seems to exist.

I haven't seen one either, but since DH has a snow removal business I'm interested too.

My DS has a little hot wheels/matchbox car that is a snowplow. My mom got it for him at Walgreens, but I suspect that it may be pretty hit or miss searching for one.

Saw the orange (Bruder?) one at TJMaxx earlier this week. Next time I'm in there (probably next few days) I'll look to see if it's still there and get a price for you.

Little Tikes has a Rugged Riggz Dump Truck with a plow on it. My son has already been out in the snow plowing with it.

Thanks for the offer! Marshalls here frequently has Bruder trucks. I'll check that out. A store in town does have them as well, but I'm not quite sure I want the Bruder one.

Interesting, Helene. I hadn't seen that one. Yes, Alex is a Bob the Builder fan and has the Duplo, but I think I'm looking for a more traditional looking snowplow. Thanks!

Glad to see you found a good option. I did see the Bruder trucks again at TJMaxx for $19.99 (FYI).
