Anyone have an Ikea swing?

Ikea has some great swings in the kids section but does anyone know how to hang them up from the ceiling? I would hate it if we hung one up and it was not secure enough.

I think they sell (or I think I've seen on their website) a big screw in metal anchor type thing that you can sink into something sturdy in the ceiling (I guess studs?) to secure it. They are pretty heavy duty if I'm remembering correctly.
