doll with KS engraved on neck?

Rory just inherited a large baby doll (soft body, runner head/hands/feet) with a KS engraved on the back of its neck. Does anybody know what brand this is? It also has open/close eyes, a pacifier and can suck its thumb. I'm trying to figure out what size baby outfit it can wear, and I just gave all of Rory's old baby clothes to a pregnant friend. The doll seems big enough to wear real baby clothes.
