What size baby clothes for 22 inch doll?

Rory's new baby doll is 22 inches. Does anybody know what size that is in real baby clothes?

According to Carter's sizing charts, clothes sized 0-3 months is appropriate for children 21.5 inches to 24 inches long. So I would guess that a 22inch doll would wear 0-3 months. Hope this helps.
