UPDATE:
After getting it all out, I found a picture of the set I have:

The picture makes it look crowded, but I think they moved all the furniture to the front for the photo. It is not nearly that crowded and I have all the big furniture in it right now.
The quality seems very good, although I'm sure a Brio/Plan Toys would be better. The house itself is pretty sturdy, but does have a little give to it mainly due to the open design. My plan is to put it on the train table, since I wouldn't want the baby to be pulling up on it, IYKWIM. I am a bit worried about the balcony on front, so I may have DH remove for now.
The furniture is all pretty sturdy. There are lots of little detail parts which are very cute, but will probably be put away until they are older. There is plenty to leave out, though, so it's not empty by any means. I appear to have all the pieces, but since it was resale, I ended up with a few extras that I can't figure out, LOL!
In all, for $80 I think it is a good deal - I don't know that I would pay $200, though, maybe $100-125 would be my highest for this particular set, since for $150-200 you could get Ryan's Room or Plan Toys on sale and the house would probably be a bit sturdier.

A local resale shop had a version of this set with all the furniture for $80:

I went ahead and bought it, but could always return it. The pieces seem sturdy, though not quite as nice as a Plan Toys set, then again, I priced those at $200+ for a comparable size set.
Is this a good deal?
Anyone have this set?
