Help Me Decide Please!!

I think I am cracking. My dc definitely do not NEED a doll house, but the prices at www.creativebrainsonline.com are making me WEAK!! I wanted to get a doll house for my dd's 3rd birthday (in August) and I just don't think I will see prices like this again!!

I am deciding between the Ryan's Room Home Again Home Again:

I can't comment on which one you should get, but just wanted to let you know that if you add the item to your shopping card and change to a bigger quantity (like 100, for example), your shopping card will automatically update to show the quantity left. Last time I checked they had 23 treehouses, now only 3. But they do seem to have hundreds of Automoblox left :-)

I did get the treehouse for my DS, and I am not sure he NEEDS one either, since he's only 1.5. Hopefully, he'll be able to play with it for his 2nd birthday.

I would get the Ryans's Room, although the Tree House is mighty tempting, since it needs less furniture.

I had to buy one at a resale shop to keep from ordering one - these prices are insane! :-)

I vote for Ryans Room. Well loved here on this board and much better quality. I've seen Maxium at Tues Morning and have to say I wasn't impressed. It don’t think it would hold up.

I think I'm convinced I want a Ryan's Room, and DH is suggesting this one because it's already furnished. Are the colors painted on or are they wall paper or what? How durable is this house and the furniture?

That ones cute too! :) I saw it IRL but I can't remember if it was wall paper or not. If my memory serves, this one is well liked too...sorry I can't be of more help. Hopefully some one who knows will jump in.

You are not the only weak one!! My DS is only 6mo old and even my DH said to go for it (I showed him that they were both 2005 Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Plantium Award Winners and he gave the thumbs up). So I am very biased but in my opinion you should get it now because the prices are so great and Aug. will come sooner than you think. Your choice might be made easier for you as the Tumble Tree House is no longer in the 50% off but back to the regular sale price of $99 (I ordered mine last week at 50%off).

Thanks everyone, I finally broke down and got the Ryan's Room Home Again, Home Again doll house. I am going to wait to buy the basement, furniture, etc. I figure another 20% sale will come along. The 50% off was just too good to pass up though. I waited too long for the Tree House (no longer 50% off), so it was an easier decision. Hopefully my dd will actually like it!
